Natural Pass is a pass that allows Chemicals to walk around the human environment freely without any restrictions. Most Chemicals who are already known to have "natural presence" do not need this pass. Chemicals of toxicologically and/or environmentally controversial families may need this Pass to be exempt from any restrictions that may apply to other members of their families.
