Carbon Tetrachloride pretended to be nice and protective towards humans when she was a doctor and a firefighter because she wanted to be a nice Chemical. She faked being French, spoke French with a British accent and called herself random French names. She was actually ashamed of being old (she would have been 203 now) and always lied about being 8-9 years younger than Chloroform. C. Tetrachloride was very fluent in Portuguese and Spanish due to working in Latin America countries as a parasitologist after the 1920s.
