Formic Acid (Ferdinand Martin Caden) is the first Carboxylic Acid. He owns an ant farm and leather shop. He is a son of Formaldehyde.

Formic A. has a really good relationship with Alcohols, especially Methanol (his grandmother). He is responsible for killing people who Methanol has "targeted".

He is very hardworking but procrastinating. He is very funny.

Appearance

Formic A. is a tall slim man with light blue-dyed hair, his original hair colour is between dark brown and black. He has light purple to blue eyes. He sounds exactly like the vocals in Snog's Corporate Slave.

Formic A. wears dark clothes, with leather being his material of preference.
