The Solvent Council consists of Solvents from various Chemical families. The current Main members are Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Ethyl Acetate, Diethyl Ether, Hexane , Toluene, Dichloromethane and Chloroform. Supporting members are Heptane, Cyclohexane, Methyl Acetate, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Glycerin, Tetrahydrofuran and Dimethylformamide.

Previous members were Benzene, Carbon Disulphide and Carbon Tetrachloride.

"The Council" may refer to other councils of other classes of Chemicals, but The Solvent Council is the highest tier council.
